I think that owning multifamily properties give you a better ROI. Plus you can put all your problems in one location as opposed to having it spread out across a county or state. You also benefit from economies of scale being that the landscaping costs are cheaper, the parking lot lights are cheaper, the exterminator is cheaper, taxes, insurance etc.....
